Mangos One, Debuff Visibility

if a raid group fight against a boss I can't see every debuff on target, the maximum is 16

MAX_AURAS - MAX_POSITIVE_AURAS = 16, but if I change MAX_AURAS to 80 nothing happened.

this is just reflection to client limitations so not any reason change this values.

does it mean that noone can fix it?

question: is it need fix first. As i remember retail in 2.x time and early have more strict limitations for amount show auras at client side, _and_ amount really applied auras at server side. In fact mangos not have any limitations for second part. First part is client side and not controlled by server.

but wowwikki (2007 TBC) says:

"A single target can have at most 40 debuffs at one time, which includes damage over time effects, crowd control, drain effects and a few miscellaneous abilities. [1]"

Yes, target can have 40 debufs but not all can be show in client list. Mangos not have 40 limit from start. 40 limit related not to _show_ amount but to server side amount limit.

mkay, some videos on Youtube show over 16 debuffs.

at 4minutes you can see 30 Debuffs on target. The video is form 22.07.07.

Therefore I can not understand why it should be client-side, because in 2007 the client was the same as today, or not?
